  • Built off of experience hiring talent in the Philippines for over 3 years, LightYear Recruiting uses the same principles used in their related CPA firm to source, match, and vet the best talent.

  • Our recruiting fees are on a sliding scale depending on your decision to accept certain guarantees. Our fees are one-time only, then the candidate becomes your staff member.  We have options to purchase other support services, but there are no long-term fees.

  • Built off of experience working closely with a related CPA firm, we can suggest the best security options for your new staff to access data without a loss of control.

  • The decision on working schedule is up to each individual firm and candidate. However, for the best performance and happy people, we suggest a hybrid schedule to match the US time zones during portions of the day.

  • No LightYear is not a BPO. Unlike BPO’s that charge ongoing fees for an outsourced candidate, LightYear takes ONLY a one-time fee at the time of hire.
