Our recruiting fees are on a sliding scale depending on your decision to accept certain guarantees. Our fees are one-time only, then the candidate becomes your staff member. We have options to purchase other support services, but there are no long-term fees.

The decision on working schedule is up to each individual firm and candidate. However, for the best performance and happy people, we suggest a hybrid schedule to match the US time zones during portions of the day.
